Brace for Impact

This was a scary week for us at FSMCDs. Not, like, actually scary, but there is always some anxiety after we have shipped out all the orders from new listings—especially one as ginormous as Doug Fake’s collection.

Because this is the week we hear back from customers of all the mistakes: missing items, wrong items, damaged items, customs problems, etc.

Every time I check my email, I’m a little bit bracing—please, let there not be any problems. Or, at least, let the problems be easily solvable.

So I’m pleased to say we got through it with a mininum of such errors. Den and I have gotten better at checking our work, making fewer errors, and catching the ones we do make before shipment.

But we can never be 100% perfect, so a few people did write in.

As always, whatever your problem is, we will fix it—I promise!
