CDs in Stock Part 15

We have arrived at...DVDs! We don’t do as well with the DVDs as the film music CDs. But on a few occasions we’ve been offered them to try it out—including recently. We have a large selection of titles right now, including a lot of cool international releases (check the region info closely please), starting here on the site.

Back to music!

East of Eden is a really nice Lee Holridge compilation that Charles Gerhardt conducted. We have a copy of the Citadel release for $8.

I didn’t even know there was a release of Kenyon Hopkins’ East Side, West Side; it’s an official Sony on-demand CDR. We have one copy for $12.

Ed Wood is one of my favorite Tim Burton films. We have the original Hollywood release of Howard Shore’s wonderful score for $3.

We have two copies, here and here, of the La-La Land Records The Egyptian by Herrmann and Newman. Also the Varèse Sarabande expanded edition. $25 for each.

So much El Cid! We have two copies of Rózsa’s epic on Chapter III, here and here, for $8, plus the old Sony release for $3. Plus a new recording by James Sedares for $3.

El Pueblo del Sol is a lovely Holdridge score. We have the Dragon’s Domain release for $12, the old Bay Cities for $18, and a signed Bay Cities for $25. Please note the signed copy is personalized to the previous owner.

We have a pristine copy of Elmer Bernstein’s Film Music Collection, the box set we did at FSM. So proud of this one. Asking $195.

One of my favorite Maurice Jarre scores is the 1985 sci-fi entry, Enemy Mine. We have the expanded Varèse Sarabande for $55.

We have a 14-CD box set (packaged like a hardbound coffee table book) of Ennio Morricone: Original Soundtracks 1964-2015 Vol. II. I didn’t even know there was a volume 1? This thing is insane! Check the contents here. Only $85.

We have the expanded Aleph Enter the Dragon for $25. One of my favorite Lalo Schifrin scores!

We have the La-La Land Records Escape from L.A. (LLLCD 1285) for $45.

We have a sealed copy of the Prometheus release of Conti’s Escape to Victory for $45.

Back tomorrow to get into the F titles. Thanks!
