NEWS! Our next CD sale will go live next Tuesday, October 15th, at 10AM Pacific. We have more than 400 CDs to list that are mostly the “hot” titles—out of print collectibles on the boutique labels that fans want. See you soon!

We’re into the Rs of cool, rare or interesting titles at www.fsmcds.com:

We have a sealed and used copy of the Raggedy Man (Goldsmith) reissue from Varèse Sarabande, each is $45. Goldsmith at his pastoral, intimate best:

We have Zimmer’s Rain Man on Perseverance, $25.

We have two used copies of A Raisin in the Sun/Requiem for a Heavyweight, two early Laurence Rosenthal scores, on Intrada, $25.

We have the original Raising Arizona/Blood Simple CD on Varèse Sarabande, by Carter Burwell, $8.

Rambo artifacts! We have the original Intrada and original Scotti Bros. Rambo III CDs, $12 each. And the 1980s Varèse CD of Rambo: First Blood, Part II, $15.

Rapture by Delerue is an Intrada CD, $18.

We have two copies of the Rat Race remake score by Elmer Bernstein on La-La Land, $18.

We have Ray Donovan by Marcelo Zarvos, on Varèse Sarabande, $18.

We have a copy of the CDR-on-demand of Red Sparrow by James Newton Howard, $15.

The Reel Burt Bacharach is a Bacharach collection from Hip-O that I remember really liking at the time, $15.

The Reluctant Astronaut is a classic Vic Mizzy/Don Knotts comedy score. We have a sealed copy of the Percepto, it has at least $8 worth of fun!

I had no idea there had been a TV version of Remo Williams until Intrada released the Craig Safan score, coupled with Mission of the Shark. We have a sealed copy, $35.

We have a copy of Report to the Commissioner, by Bernstein, on Varèse, $15.

We have a couple of copies of the original Disney CD of The Rescuers Down Under, a delightful Bruce Broughton animation score, $18.

The Return of a Man Called Horse is one of Laurence Rosenthal’s best scores. We have three copies of the best CD expansion (newly mixed from the original multitracks), the Intrada release that also has Inherit the Wind, $55. We also have three copies of the Varèse Sarabande release, $15.

We have a used copy of Return to Oz by David Shire, a very hard to find Intrada CD, $85. You won’t find it for less than $100 on eBay, and usually north of $150.

We have the original Varèse Return to Snowy River by Bruce Rowland, $8.

We have a copy of Return to the Blue Lagoon by Basil Poledouris, on Intrada, $35.

It’s rare that we sell a booklet without the rest of the album, but we make an exception for autographs: we have a signed copy by the late Robert J. Walsh of the booklet of Revenge of the Ninja, we’re asking $20.

Finally, today, we have two copies by John Corigliano of Revolution, on Varèse, $12.

More tomorrow, thanks!
