We’ve been busy of late—and we’re about to get busier—and one of the things that inevitably happens with more orders are more problems to sort out.


Wrong items, damaged items, customs issues, lost shipments...alas, they happen.


I don’t want anybody to be discouraged! I am mentioning this to reassure everybody that no matter what happens, we will make it up to you—I promise!


And I have a very long track record to back that up.
