I finally watched the third Deadpool movie. There’s a ton of it that’s just juvenile (the point) but the jokes are so fast and dense that I laughed at some of the inside-showbiz humor and darker stuff.
I didn’t recognize Emma Corrin at first, who played young Princess Diana in The Crown. There’s some star power there.
Comic book movies are, in general, so needing to top themselves that they seem full of improbable cameos and comebacks. It’s fun to see stars return as their iconic characters—and to have the movie joke about it at the same time—but how much longer can this go on?
