Can they ever make the NFL all-star game, the Pro Bowl, worth watching?
Probably not, due to the nature of football: the injury concerns and need to practice as a team. The MLB all-star game is still the best of its kind, because the individual, non-contact effort of baseball lets the players actually, you know, try to compete and win.
There used to at least be a consistency to the Pro Bowl taking place in Hawaii a week after the Super Bowl. Now I have no idea what they’re doing.
Okay sports rants are cheap—sorry!
