We’ve fixed a bug at www.fsmcds.com that was bedeviling us: why some items were disappearing from people’s shopping carts.
The culprit was the “buy now” or “quick buy” option on the product page (image above) which was bypassing the carts, little did we know. It allowed a customer to just snatch something out of somebody else’s cart—eek! We’re so sorry.
The button is gone now, so all the purchases have to use the cart system.
Sincere apologies to everybody who was affected by this! I cringe to think how many people were frustrated and I’m truly sorry.
